The project location is in the Haihe Cultural Belt, in Hedong District, the historical city of Tianjin. Hedong District is one of the birthplaces of Tianjin. It has a history of more than 800 years since the establishment of "Zhigu Village" in Tianjin in the Jin Dynasty.
The project site is adjacent to the modern and vibrant Jincheng in the west, and the green ecological barrier between the twin cities (Jincheng and Bincheng) in the east.
It is also located on the north side of the charming Haihe River axis, and its south side is close to the city's main road, Jinbin Avenue, and is connected to Wandong Road Station, a transfer station for Tianjin Metro Line 4 and the planned Line 12. Located at the node position of Tianjin Railway Station and Binhai International Airport, the transportation is very advantageous.
