Panu Amornbantukul

Managing Director | Founder

Panu Amornbantukul has over two decades of experience leading the design of large-scale mixed-use, retail, and transit-oriented developments across Asia, with projects spanning major urban markets in Singapore, China, and Southeast Asia.

Prior to founding ZCENE Architects, he held Design Director roles at AECOM, CallisonRTKL, and LWK + PARTNERS, contributing to a range of high-profile commercial and urban developments across the region.

His work focuses on creating commercially successful urban destinations that integrate architecture, public space, and transit, shaping vibrant environments that respond to the evolving dynamics of contemporary cities.

Thanayod Amalitwarin is Managing Partner at ZCENE Architects, leading the firm’s strategic and commercial direction.

With a solid background in real estate development, retail investment, and business operations, he plays a central role in driving the firm’s growth, securing key clients, and overseeing strategic partnerships.

He works closely with developers, investors, and institutional partners to align the firm’s design vision with market opportunities, leading business development, client negotiations, and investment discussions to deliver projects with long-term value.
