The project base is adjacent to the Phoenix Mountain Sports Center on the west side, the residential plot on the south side, the city park on the east side, and the city main road and Metro Line 5 on the north side.
The project has a construction area of 300,000 square meters and is positioned as a new one-stop home consumption space, including large shopping malls, style commercial streets, five-star hotels, high-end apartments, and an urban complex covering shopping, leisure, dining, entertainment and living functions.
Including sports technology retail, leisure and healthy catering, parent-child entertainment, etc., the project will be built into a 24-hour complex life circle for “tourists, sports enthusiasts, and families”, and become a new center of leisure consumption in Chengdu.
